What We Build Where.

Every town in our radius has its own housing stock, its own weather exposure, and its own permitting. Here is what a job actually looks like in each one.

Hartville, OH

Our home base, at the top of Stark County. Hartville runs from older village homes on the streets around the square to newer builds and bigger lots out through Lake Township, with enough acreage property that outbuildings and pole barns are part of the conversation. Being based here puts most of Stark and Summit County inside a twenty-minute drive.

Canton, OH

Fifteen minutes south down Route 43, and still the heart of our work. Canton housing runs from early-1900s four-squares and bungalows in the older wards to postwar ranches out toward the township line, so a job here can mean anything from plaster repair and knob-and-tube-era remodels to a straight architectural-shingle tear-off.

North Canton, OH

Ten minutes north. Well-kept mid-century homes and newer subdivisions where the common work is siding replacement, seamless gutter upgrades, and kitchen and bath remodels rather than emergency repair. Tight HOA and city expectations on exterior work, which suits the way we document scope before anything gets torn off.

Jackson Township, OH

The Belden Village corridor and the subdivisions around it. Larger, newer homes here mean bigger roof squares, more complex rooflines with valleys and dormers, and remodels that run toward whole-floor rather than single-room. Stark County permitting applies, and we pull it.

Massillon, OH

Fifteen minutes west along the Tuscarawas River. Older housing stock through much of the city, which means roof decking that needs real inspection before cover, original wood siding ready for fiber cement or LP SmartSide, and drywall work behind decades of settling. We quote repair honestly when a full replacement is not the right call.

Louisville, OH

Fifteen minutes east. Small-town Stark County with a mix of century homes on the older streets and newer builds on the edges. Roofing, gutters, and deck work are what these homes typically need, plus storm claims when hail tracks through the east side of the county.

Alliance, OH

Twenty-five minutes east, out past Louisville. Older Carnation City housing stock and a lot of rental and investor-owned property, which means a lot of turnover work: drywall repair, roof replacement on deferred-maintenance houses, and insurance rebuilds after wind and hail.

Akron, OH

Twenty-five minutes north in Summit County. Dense older housing, steep-pitch roofs, and a lot of homes that have had three layers of shingle over original plank decking. Full tear-off is usually the honest answer here. We cover storm-damage claims across the Akron metro too.

Cuyahoga Falls, OH

Thirty minutes north along the Cuyahoga River near the national park. Mature tree cover means constant gutter loading, which makes leaf guards and correctly pitched seamless gutter worth doing properly here, alongside roof repair from limb strikes after summer storms.

Wooster, OH

Forty minutes southwest in Wayne County. More rural and agricultural, with farmhouses, outbuildings, and porch roofs where standing seam and exposed-fastener metal genuinely pay for themselves over asphalt. It is a longer drive, so Wayne County work gets scheduled in blocks.

Medina, OH

Forty-five minutes northwest. Historic-square housing stock alongside newer development, and exterior work near the historic district gets scrutinized, so material and detailing choices matter. Siding, roofing, and deck work are the usual asks in Medina County.

Youngstown, OH

Fifty-five minutes east in Mahoning County. Largely older housing with a lot of deferred exterior maintenance: roofs past service life, failing gutters, and water damage that has worked its way into drywall. We travel for storm work here when a system tracks through.

Cleveland, OH

An hour north, at the edge of our radius. Lake-effect snow load and ice damming are the deciding factors up here: ice-and-water shield done right at the eaves, correct attic ventilation, and gutter systems that can actually carry a Cleveland winter. At this distance we take on storm and insurance work.
