Privacy Policy.

This is the plain-English version of how ON SITE Contracting Corp. handles information collected through this website. We'd rather you actually understand what we do than wade through a wall of legalese.

1. Who we are

ON SITE Contracting Corp. is a general contractor based in Canton, Ohio. Reach us at contact@onsitecontracting.co or 330·451·6115.

2. What we collect

When you submit a quote request, we receive whatever you typed in: your name, email, phone number, the service you're asking about, optional details (property type, approximate square footage, project description), and whether you'd also like Insight Unified Solutions (our sister company) to follow up.

Automatically, when you visit the site, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) sees standard request data: your IP address, the page you requested, your browser type, and the time. That's the same data every website gets — it's how the web works.

We do not use tracking cookies. No Google Analytics. No Meta Pixel. No advertising trackers. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and aggregates traffic anonymously.

3. How we use it

• Quote requests — to call or email you back about the work, and to do the work if you hire us.
• Insight Unified Solutions opt-in — if you check the box indicating interest in their services, we share your contact info and project description with them. If you don't check it, we don't.
• Aggregated traffic data — to understand what pages people read and roughly where visitors come from. We can't identify you individually from this.

4. Who else sees your information

Your quote request passes through three services on the way to our inbox:

• Cloudflare — hosts the site and runs the form's bot-protection check (Turnstile). Cloudflare privacy policy
• Resend — delivers the email containing your request to us. Resend privacy policy
• Our email provider — receives the email at contact@onsitecontracting.co.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We do not give it to anyone outside of responding to your request or performing the work.

5. How long we keep it

We retain quote requests for as long as it's reasonable to follow up — typically while a project is active and for a few years after, so we can reference past work if you call us again. If you want your records deleted sooner, email us.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what we have on file about you
• Correct anything that's wrong
• Delete your records

Email contact@onsitecontracting.co and we'll handle it within a reasonable time. No charge.

7. Cookies

We don't set tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set a short-lived security cookie (__cf_bm) for bot detection — it expires within 30 minutes and isn't used for advertising.

8. Children

This site is for adults arranging contracting work. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we'll delete it.

9. Changes

If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and bump the date at the top.
