Kitchens, baths, basements, additions, and whole-home transformations, with one project manager, one contract, and one timeline you can actually plan your life around. Every trade the job needs, already under our roof.
A remodel fails in the hand-offs, when the tile guy waits on the plumber who’s waiting on the electrician nobody scheduled. We own all of it, so the schedule is ours to keep.
Every remodel contract includes:
And the rules that keep it sane:
The usual remodel horror story is a homeowner accidentally becoming a general contractor: chasing five trades’ schedules, refereeing whose fault the crooked wall is, and watching a six-week job eat a season. Our model exists because of that story: ON SITE vets and books every trade LLC, owns the sequence, and stands behind the whole job with one warranty.
You make the design decisions. We make the phone calls.
Most of our baths land between $15k and $45k; kitchens between $30k and $90k depending on layout changes and finishes; whole-home projects run higher. You’ll have a line-item scope with allowances before you sign anything, never a per-square-foot guess.
Usually, yes. We contain the workspace, keep a bathroom functional on multi-bath homes, and set up temporary kitchen arrangements for kitchen jobs. Whole-home guts are the exception: we’ll tell you honestly when moving out for a stretch will save you money and sanity.
Baths typically run 2–4 weeks, kitchens 4–8, basements 4–10, whole homes 8–12+. The number in your contract is the real one: materials are staged before demo and trades are booked before we start, which is how the timeline survives contact with reality.
Yes. We do layout and selections guidance in-house and partner with designers for full design-build when the project calls for it. Either way, every selection is locked and on site before the crew needs it.
