01 What We Inspect

Storm. Roof. Pre-Purchase.

An inspection is only as good as its documentation. Every finding is photographed, located, and explained in plain English, no scare tactics, no invented damage.

A
Storm & Hail
After wind or hail moves through Stark County, we walk the roof, every elevation of siding, gutters, and soft metals, documenting impact evidence the way adjusters need to see it. If there’s a claim, you’re ready. If there isn’t, you’ll know that too.
B
Roof & Attic
Shingle condition and remaining life, flashing and penetrations, decking from the attic side, ventilation balance, and moisture evidence. The full picture of the system, not a glance from the driveway.
C
Pre-Purchase & Pre-Listing
Buying: know what the roof, siding, and gutters will cost you before you close. Selling: a clean third-party report kills renegotiation surprises. Either way it’s a few hundred dollars of leverage, free.
02 The Report

What You Walk Away With.

Every inspection covers:

  • Full roof walk (or drone where pitch demands it)
  • Attic check: moisture, decking, ventilation
  • Every elevation of siding and trim
  • Gutters, downspouts & drainage path
  • Flashing, chimneys & penetrations
  • Soft metals: the hail tell-tales adjusters check first

And the PDF report includes:

  • Step-by-step photos, located and captioned
  • Plain-English condition notes per system
  • Remaining-life estimate for the roof
  • Repair vs. replace recommendation with reasoning
  • Insurance-claim viability: our honest read
  • Itemized findings you can hand to any contractor
03 Why Free?

No Strings. Here’s the Math.

We don’t charge for inspections because it’s how we earn work: some inspections become projects, and the rest become trust we collect on later. The report is yours either way: take it to another contractor, use it to negotiate a house price, or file it away knowing your roof has five good years left.

What we won’t do is invent damage to manufacture a job. If your roof is fine, the report says it’s fine: signed, photographed, in writing.

04 Inspections FAQ

Straight Answers.

Is it really free? What’s the catch?

Really free, no catch, no obligation. We quote any work the report recommends, and you’re welcome to bid that quote against anyone; you’ll have our documentation either way. Most of our best clients started with a free inspection and a report that said "you’re fine for now."

Should I get an inspection after every storm?

After confirmed hail or 60+ mph wind in your zip code, yes: hail damage is rarely visible from the ground, and claims have time limits. After ordinary storms, an annual look plus a check after anything severe is plenty.

How long does it take?

Forty-five minutes to an hour on site for a typical home, and the written PDF report lands in your inbox within 48 hours.

Will you tell me if nothing’s wrong?

Yes, and we put it in writing with photos to prove it. A report that says "no action needed, recheck in two years" is a perfectly good outcome for both of us.
